Department of Law and Law Enforcement Teachers participation in scientific events
Larisa Zhdankina, associate professor of the Department of Law and Law Enforcement; the scientific consultant of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine took part in the Annual Conference on Asylum and Migration Law on the basis of ERA (Academy of European Law) and the ECHR (September 28-30, 2022).
The aim of this conference is to provide legal practitioners with an update on the reform of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS) and the efforts undertaken to implement New EU Pact on Migration.

Recent developments related to activation and implementation of the Temporary Protection Directive in Europe, together with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights, will also be addressed. Additionally, this year we will tackle challenges related to the digitalisation of asylum procedures.
