У Хмельницькому інституті МАУП відбулася Всеукраїнська конференція з міжнародною участю «Інноваційні технології як основа професійного становлення особистості»
29 травня 2026 року у рамках відзначення Днів науки та з нагоди 30-річчя Хмельницького інституту МАУП кафедрою туризму та фундаментальної підготовки проведено Всеукраїнську конференцію з міжнародною участю «Інноваційні технології як основа професійного становлення особистості».
У роботі конференції взяли участь понад 120 науковців: викладачі, аспіранти, здобувачі вищої освіти, представники учнівської молоді. Співорганізаторами заходу стали UNIWERSYTET BIELSKO-BIALSKI та Хмельницька гуманітарно-педагогічна академія.
Із вітальним словом до учасників конференції звернулись Парандій В.О., кандидат історичних наук, доцент, директор Хмельницького інституту ПрАТ «ВНЗ «Міжрегіональна Академія управління персоналом», Білий Л.Г., голова Вченої ради Хмельницького інституту ПрАТ «ВНЗ «Міжрегіональна Академія управління персоналом», кандидат педагогічних наук, доцент.

Було заслухано доповіді, присвячені актуальним проблемам цифрової трансформації освіти (Григорук П.М., доктор економічних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри економіки, аналітики, моделювання та інформаційних технологій в бізнесі Хмельницького національного університету); управлінню навчанням у процесі професійного становлення здобувачів освіти (Калаур С.М., доктор педагогічних наук, професор, заслужений працівник освіти України, професор кафедри соціальної роботи та соціальної педагогіки, керівник центру післядипломної освіти Тернопільського національного педагогічного університету імені Володимира Гнатюка); формуванню міжкультурної комунікації як складової професійного зростання особистості (Столяренко О.В., доктор педагогічних наук, професор, професор кафедри педагогіки, професійної освіти та управління освітніми закладами Вінницького державного педагогічного Університету імені Михайла Коцюбинського); впливу штучного інтелекту на сучасну освіту: проблемні аспекти (Верланов Ю.Ю., кандидат економічних наук, професор, професор кафедри економіки і підприємництва Чорноморського національного університету імені Петра Могили, м. Миколаїв).
У ході роботи конференції відбулись дискусії з актуальних проблем забезпечення резильєнтності та утримання персоналу в системі hr-інжинірингу (Ведерніков М.Д., доктор економічних наук, проф, академік Академії економічних наук України, завідувач кафедри HR-інжиніринг у бізнес-економіці ХНУ; Волянська-Савчук Л.В., кандидат економічних наук, доцент, доцент кафедри HR-інжиніринг у бізнес-економіці ХНУ). Здійснювався обмін досвідом між науковцями, здобувачами освіти, ліцеїстами та практиками (Романюк О., Кременецька С., Чернушкіна О.О.).
Значний інтерес учасників викликали доповіді колег Овчиннікової О.Р., кандидата економічних наук, доцента, доцента Центру досліджень міграції у Варшавському державному університеті та Коломієць О.М., кандидата філологічних наук, доцента кафедри туризму та фундаментальної підготовки Хмельницького інституту ПрАТ «ВНЗ «Міжрегіональна Академія управління персоналом».
Щиро дякуємо всім учасникам, партнерам з Польщі та гостям конференції за активну участь, змістовні доповіді, плідний науковий діалог і вагомий внесок у розвиток науки, освіти та міжнародної співпраці.

On May 29, 2026, as part of the celebration of the Days of Science and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM, the Department of Tourism and Fundamental Training held the All-Ukrainian conference with international participation "Innovative technologies as the basis of professional development of the individual".
More than 120 scientists took part in the conference: teachers, postgraduate students, higher education students, and representatives of student youth. The event was co-organized by UNIWERSYTET BIELSKO-BIALSKI and the Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy.
The conference participants were welcomed by Parandiy V.O., Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Director of the Khmelnytskyi Institute of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management", Bilyi L.H., Chairman of the Academic Council of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management", Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor.

Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism and Fundamental Training of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM Lyudmila Oleksandrivna Savchuk was the conference moderator.
Reports were heard on the current problems of digital transformation of education (Hryhoruk P.M., Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Economics, Analytics, Modeling and Information Technologies in Business of Khmelnytskyi National University); management of learning in the process of professional development of education seekers (Kalaur S.M., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Pedagogy, Head of the Center for Postgraduate Education of the Volodymyr Hnatyuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University); formation of intercultural communication as a component of professional growth of the individual (Stolyarenko O.V., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Professional Education and Management of Educational Institutions of the Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University); impact of artificial intelligence on modern education: problematic aspects (Verlanov Yu.Yu., Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, Professor of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, Mykolaiv).
During the conference, discussions were held on the current problems of ensuring resilience and retaining personnel in the HR engineering system (Vedernikov M.D., Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Department of HR Engineering in Business Economics of KhNU; Volyanska-Savchuk L.V., Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of HR Engineering in Business Economics of KhNU). An exchange of experience was carried out between scientists, students, lyceum students and practitioners (Romanyuk Olga, Kremenetska Sofia, Chernushkina O.O.).
The participants were greatly interested in the reports of colleagues Ovchinnikova O.R., Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Center for Migration Studies at the University of Warsaw and Kolomiiets O.M., Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism and Fundamental Training of the Khmelnytsky Institute of PrJSC "Higher Education Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management".
